Raymond Buckner Accepts Position With Hallow Tree Studio
Raymond Buckner has faithfully served Swift Creek Community Church as Music Team Leader since March 1, 2010. During that time, we have enjoyed his leadership in our worship services, and we have seen him develop as a musician, singer, and songwriter. It was also our joy to experience his wedding to Lauren last June, and to have them serve as a couple in our church fellowship.
Recently, Raymond was offered a part-time position with Hallow Tree Studio in Lynchburg. This was a great opportunity for him, which suddenly became a full-time position. With some remaining class work to complete his degree program from Liberty U., a new wife, and now a full time job obligation, something had to give on his schedule.
Raymond, we very much appreciate your service to God and to Swift Creek CC! May we always be friends. Best wishes to you and Lauren in the future! (The Buckner's last Sunday with SC3 will be Feb. 12.)
